Submission Instructions

Deadline

New Deadline: Paper submissions due at midnight GMT on March 29, 2004.

The submission deadline was originally March 22. Authors who send the full paper on or before March 22 do not need to send the title/abstract separately. Authors who wish to take advantage of the extended deadline must email a title and short abstract of the paper (1-2 paragraphs) to donna byron with the subject line "ACL2004 title/abstract submission" no later than midnight, March 22.

Full papers received after March 22 will be returned without review if no title/abstract was sent on or before March 22.

Format for Submissions

Submissions are limited to original, unpublished work. Papers should be written in English. Submissions must use the ACL latex style or Microsoft Word style available at the acl2004 website. Paper submissions should consist of a full paper, up to 8 pages in length, including references, with a minimum font size of 10 point. PDF format is preferred. Papers outside the specified length are subject to be rejected without review. Unlike the main ACL program, we are not using a blind reviewing process, so submissions for the workshop do not need to hide the identity of the authors.
If you use any special fonts, please include them with your PDF submission. Otherwise reviewers may have unnecessary problems with printing.

Submission Instructions

Submissions should be sent by email to: dbyron@cis.ohio-state.edu.
The Subject line should be "ACL2004 WORKSHOP SUBMISSION."
Unless otherwise instructed, the organizers will send future correspondence regarding the paper to the email address sending the submission.

Submissions arriving after the deadline are subject to be rejected without review.
